At Unique Pools & Constructions, we believe great builds come from hands on workmanship, honest communication and pride in every detail. Thats why we don’t subcontract our corework – The person you meet is the person who builds. We are passionate about providing our customer a memorable and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

We are committed to handing over a high-quality finished result that not only our customers can be proud of, but we as a family run business can be proud of too. We love seeing the transformation of the project and the excitement it brings to our customers and their family as they get to enjoy their Pool.

We feel we are unique because we can provide our customers with the whole package, from the first initial site visit, pool installation to final surround finishes. Travis is a fully qualified builder with over 20 years trade experience, that managers the whole project and not just a sales agent. Travis works on site while Karlie manages the office.

As every project is unique, we work in with you to provide a personalised experience, from discussing the best possible outcome of your pools design, pool positioning with site specifics to suit the individual backyard.

OUR PROCESS

Do you use a qualified builder?

Yes. Travis is a experienced and qualified builder. He is with you for the whole process from the moment he quotes the job to the moment you enjoy your first swim.

Does that mean you can also build surrounding features?

Yes. Many of our happy customers, have us finish off the surrounds with additional concreting, tiling, final fence or with other features to suit their complete needs.

Can we add a spa or water feature to our fibreglass pool?

Yes. There are several options of fibreglass spas and water features that can be included with your quote.

Our Process

WE ARE WITH YOU ALL THE WAY FOR A SIMPLE STRESS FREE INSTALLATION

FREE MEASURE & QUOTE

Travis will personally visit your site to conduct a thorough evaluation and assesment of the area, taking into consideration factors such as placement, access and overall design of your pool area. All important to creating the perfect swimming experience.

FINAL CHOICES

We work with you to make sure your new pool aligns with your vision. We layout a template to allow you to visualise, which gives you the opportunity to make any changes. It’s then time to make the final choices of specified shape, orientation, size and colour of your pool.

Digging & Screeding

We will then proceed to excavate the pool hole. Travis and our team will excavate to ensure precision and efficiency throughout the digging process. Our experienced team then levels the base material, paying close attention to the required measurements and specs.

INSTALLATION PROCESS

The pool shell is delicately lifted and lowered into the designated position. The teams expertise and attention to detail ensure the installation process is executed with precision and care. After the essential components are connected, the pool is filled with water and the surrounds backfilled to maintain structural integrity of the pool.

CONCRETE & SURROUNDS

The team will than complete the concrete bond beam, and if required any additional concrete surrounds. Finishing with the customers preferred choice of surrounds. Any other additions are added at this stage with the final fencing layout done to legal requirements. We then submit any council requirements and apply for the important pool safety certificate.

HANDOVER

We will provide an in depth handover of your new pool with a professional pool technician, walking you through all facets of the operation and maintenance of your pool and give your pool a clean and balance check. To ensure you are ready to jump in and enjoy a lifetime of fun in the water.
